For Immigration Attorneys · Spousal I-130, AOS & Consular Processing (DS-260) · Other case types coming soon

Client questionnaires that do the heavy lifting — in your clients' language

AI-powered, multilingual guided questionnaires that collect exactly what you need for marriage-based I-130, AOS, and consular processing cases — with zero AI access to client data. Built by an immigration attorney. Licensed to your firm. No subscription.

Built with AI intelligence. Zero AI access to your clients' data.

These are intelligent, guided forms developed using AI — but AI never sees, receives, or processes a single piece of client information. Everything a client types stays on their own device until they download the completed summary and email it directly to your office. No cloud, no AI pipeline, no third-party data exposure.

Built for how immigration clients actually work

Clients today expect to be able to complete their paperwork from their phone, on their own time, in their own language. These questionnaires meet that expectation — each one is fully bilingual, mobile-friendly, and designed so a client can work through it at their own pace without needing to call your office for help.

Smart gap detection is built in. The address and employment sections monitor completeness in real time and flag any gaps before the client can submit — so you receive a clean, complete response instead of chasing down a missing employer or a two-year hole in an address history. Each questionnaire is also case-path specific: a petitioner sees only petitioner questions, an AOS beneficiary sees only what the I-485 requires. Nothing extraneous, nothing missing.

These questionnaires are one piece of a broader shift — immigration attorneys who use technology well serve clients better and work more efficiently. We built these because we wanted that for our own practice, and we think you will too.

Features built into every questionnaire

These capabilities come standard regardless of which package you license.

Multilingual Standard version is English/Spanish with a one-click toggle. Custom language pairs available — ask about your clients' primary language.
Auto-saves as they type Progress is saved to the client's browser every few seconds. Closing the tab and coming back later picks up exactly where they left off.
GDPR-compliant by design Client data never touches your server. It stays in the client's browser until they download and email you their completed summary.
Gap detection The address and employment sections flag incomplete five-year histories in real time so clients fix gaps before submitting.
Clean summary download Clients download a structured .txt summary and email it to your office. Formatted for attorney review, not raw form data.
GDPR consent built in A full GDPR Art. 13/14 privacy notice and mandatory consent checkpoint appear before the client begins. Consent is recorded in the summary.
Works on any device Fully responsive. Clients can complete their questionnaire on a phone, tablet, or desktop without installing anything.
Send clients a simple link Once hosted on your website, you share one URL. Clients open it in any browser — no account, no download, no app. Works in any email or client portal.
Intentionally lean Each questionnaire asks only what the client can reliably answer. Information that will come from documents, or that the other spouse provides on their side, is not asked — reducing errors and keeping the experience manageable.
CMS-ready output The structured summary clients send you is formatted to integrate with your case management system. Full automation typically requires a CMS API connection, but even without one the output is clean and organized to make data entry fast.
Customized to your firm Your firm name, attorney name, logo, brand colors, contact email, and preferred language(s) are built in before delivery. Clients see your brand throughout.

What each questionnaire collects

Each form is self-contained for its case path. An AOS client gets the AOS questionnaire — I-130 and I-485 questions in one form, nothing extraneous.

Currently built for spousal petitions. These questionnaires are designed and optimized for marriage-based I-130 cases. Questionnaires for other family preference categories — parent, child, and sibling petitions — are forthcoming. If your practice handles those case types now, contact us to discuss a custom build.

Frequently asked questions

Not yet — these questionnaires are currently built and optimized for marriage-based I-130 cases, covering spousal petitions through adjustment of status (AOS) and consular processing (DS-260). The petitioner questionnaire, both beneficiary questionnaires, and the DS-260 questionnaire are all designed around spousal case requirements.

Questionnaires for other family preference categories — parent, child, and sibling petitions — are in development and will be available as future additions to the suite. If your practice handles those case types now and you'd like to discuss a custom build ahead of the general release, reach out and we can talk through what's involved.

They came out of a real problem in our own practice. Most CMS questionnaires are built for immigration, but they tend to cover more ground than any one case needs — and they have no mechanism to catch incomplete histories. A client can submit with a gap in their address or employment record and the form accepts it without a word. That becomes the attorney's problem to chase down.

The back-and-forth over incomplete address and employment histories was eating hours every week. We built these questionnaires to ask only what each case path actually requires, with real-time gap detection that flags missing history before the client can submit.

Full practice management platforms are comprehensive but expensive ($55–$200/user/month) and their questionnaire tools are general-purpose. They're not built around the specific questions that I-130, AOS, or DS-260 cases require, and they typically store client data on the vendor's servers — which creates GDPR exposure if you have European-based clients.

These questionnaires are the opposite: a focused, one-time-purchase tool. You own the file. Client data never leaves the client's browser. There's no platform to log into, no contract to cancel, and no per-seat fee as your firm grows.

You send the client a link to the questionnaire on your website. They open it in any browser, read the GDPR privacy notice, check the consent box, and begin. They work through the sections at their own pace — the form auto-saves every few seconds, so they can close the tab and come back later without losing their work.

When they reach the final section and everything is complete, they download a structured summary as a text file and email it to your office. That's the full workflow — no login required, no account to create, no app to download.

These forms were developed using AI, but AI plays no role in the questionnaire experience itself and never receives client information. The finished questionnaire is a standalone web form — once it's on your website, it runs entirely in the client's browser with no connection to any AI system, server, or cloud service.

Client data is stored only in the client's own browser as they type. Nothing is sent anywhere — not to your server, not to ours, not to any AI platform — while the client is filling out the form. When they're done, they download their completed summary as a text file and email it directly to your office. That email is the first moment the information leaves their device, and it goes straight to you.

This architecture makes you the sole data controller for your clients' questionnaire information, which is the cleanest GDPR posture possible. A full GDPR Art. 13/14 privacy notice is built into the welcome screen of every questionnaire and must be accepted before the client begins.

After your signed Order Form and payment are received, you'll get a customized HTML file for each questionnaire in your package. Customization includes your firm name, attorney name, logo, brand colors, contact email, and your preferred language or language pair — the standard version is English/Spanish, but other languages are available on request.

You'll also receive a plain-English software license agreement and a one-page guide explaining how to upload the file to your website.

You upload the HTML file to a folder on your web host and it becomes a page at whatever URL you choose — for example, yourfirm.com/client-intake/. The process takes about five minutes on most hosts (GoDaddy, Bluehost, SiteGround, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and doesn't require a developer. We include a step-by-step guide with your delivery, and we're available by email if you run into any trouble during setup.

You have a couple of good options. The simplest is Netlify Drop — a free service where you drag and drop the HTML file into a browser window and get a live URL in under a minute, no website or technical setup required. You'd send that URL to clients exactly as you would any other link. It's a legitimate, professional solution that works just as well as hosting it on your own domain.

If you do have a website but aren't sure how to add a page, most web hosts have a file manager built into their control panel that makes it a straightforward upload. We walk you through it in the setup guide included with your order, and if you get stuck we're happy to help over email.

If you'd prefer to have your own developer or web person handle it, the instructions are simple enough that any tech-savvy person can do it in a few minutes — the file is self-contained and requires no special configuration.

No. You pay once per package and the license is perpetual — meaning you can use the questionnaire with as many clients as you like, for as long as you like, on a single firm website. There are no per-client fees, no annual renewals, and no platform to stay subscribed to.

The only thing you'll ever pay us for is if you want a future update to a new questionnaire version, which we offer to existing licensees at a discounted rate.

Yes — the app preview lets you walk through the first two sections of the Petitioner questionnaire exactly as your clients would experience it, including the bilingual toggle, auto-save, and gap detection. The remaining sections are locked in the demo but are fully functional in the licensed version.

Once we deliver your customized file, you upload it to your website and it becomes a page at a URL of your choice — for example, yourfirm.com/client-intake/. From there, the workflow is straightforward: you send that link to a new client (in a welcome email, a client portal message, or however you onboard), the client fills out the form at their own pace, and when they're done they download a structured summary and email it to your office.

On your end, that summary arrives as a clean, organized text file covering everything the questionnaire collected. The output is structured to be CMS-compatible — full automation into your case management system is possible through a CMS API integration, which many platforms support. Without an API connection, the formatted summary still makes manual data entry significantly faster than working from a raw client response.

Yes. Each questionnaire is a separate HTML file that lives at its own URL on your site. You might have yourfirm.com/petitioner-intake/ and yourfirm.com/aos-intake/ running side by side — they're independent and don't interfere with each other.
